We are gearing up for our first 101 course in 2020!
The course begins January 13 and will go through February 05.
Classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays (8 classes total) now offering two time slot options:
Lunch Time from 1230-1330h
Evenings from 1830-2000h
Join us to learn the basics, get introduced to CrossFit workouts, and become a part of our amazing CrossFit community.
Register for the course and come to either class time that day.
Cannot attend all 8 dates? No problem – you can always schedule individual make up sessions.
