CrossFit 101 Beginners Course

The purpose of the CrossFit 101 course is to to teach the basic movements and principles of CrossFit and prepare athletes for the group sessions. If you are a beginner we offer the CFKL CF101 course. It must be completed in order to attend regular group classes. Each athlete must successfully complete the CFKL CF101 course with 100% attendance and participation, unless they are able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the movements. 

Each class will be set up like our regular classes to include a warm up, skill and a workout. You will attend 2 classes a week for a total of 8 sessions (schedule may vary based upon scheduling issues or holidays). At the end of the course you will be able to present save and sound movement patterns of all of the movements needed to participate in group classes at CFKL. While there is more exercises than the course can cover it will lay out a solid foundation for you to get healthier, fitter and crush life!

The cost for this course is 100€. If you are unable to attend all the sessions, you have two options: #1 pay for and schedule an individual session before the next class time so there is no lapse in your training (at an additional cost of 40 EUR/session). Or, #2 you can wait until another 101 course is offered.  This program is designed to build on information from the previous courses, so it is vital that you attend each session in order.
